Project structure:
Phase 1 set up: Kick-off call via Zoom. We jointly define project goals, deliverables, and checkpoints.
Phase 2 production: I keep you constantly apprised of the progress = you always have a good grip on what is going on.
Phase 3 fine-tuning: first draft as early as possible => your feedback => refinement. As many rounds as needed.
Phase 4 – final delivery: hand-over of final documents & closing call.
