We are seeking a web developer for our real estate start-up based in West Africa to assist with consultations/design, implementations, and upkeep of the website.

I am currently the only employee of the start-up and I need someone willing to eventually be a part of the team (a co-founder), as a start-up, funding is minimal, however, there are plans in place to scale eventually once the basics are met.

Where you come in:
– Assist with the design, and consultation of systems required to build the website (currently have firebase set up and hoping that will be the database code-based system)
– Implement the systems required for the necessary scale of the website (ability to carry high-resolution images, submissions, and user registrations)
– Help with the system upkeep (i.e keeping tabs on the website speed, et al)

Where we are:
– Currently a few weeks old start-up, I’m not tech savvy, just have an idea, and need you to bring those ideas to life, and be a co-founder.
– I have set up a firebase profile since that is where we are hoping the code can be implemented.
– Yet to go public, still having some backend fixing to do (such as user registration page, login page, UX for property listing, and the ability for users to manage their properties, etc)

It would be essential to have someone willing to be a co-founder and work hand in hand to implement certain technical ideas. Please let me know your favourite colour in your application.

This is hopefully a long-term gig for the right candidate who understands startups’ growth process and financial constraints.
