All of this has lead me to both study academically and empirically how businesses function, and what gets in the way, what are the root causes of recurring issues.

Having been certified in both Business Coaching and Systems Thinking after taking my business degree later in life I have been able to lead many successful improvement projects as well as mentor business owners themselves across a variety of industries.

Right now, through The Good Business Company we look to achieve practical improvements before requesting the time of the owners to look at the improvements they need to implement to achieve their more important goals.
