My service is for you who:
✅ provides software as a service (SAAS),
✅ wants to tap into the ServiceNow market, and
✅ wants to build ServiceNow-based applications within a predictable budget and due date.

My approach to ServiceNow application development is based on the principles of Lean, Critical Chain Project Management and Agile. I created this approach after experiencing first-hand the frustration of working in projects that were over budget and way past due dates.
As I have been working on the ServiceNow platform for the past 7 years, my approach is most suitable for ServiceNow projects.

My goal is to materialize the following for you:
Imagine on a Monday morning, while sipping your coffee you join an online meeting to see a demonstration of the application you wanted to build. Thirty minutes later you feel happy and there is a warm smile across your face.
You are smiling because your application looks exactly the way you wanted. It got to that state without you having to chase anyone.
Further, it was ready on the day it was supposed to be ready. You are done waiting, and now you can use it to grow your business.
And it did not cost you any more than what you had already budgeted for.

⭐⭐⭐5-Star Approach⭐⭐⭐
I call my approach the ‘5-Star Approach’ because it helps me provide 5-Star service to my clients. They have given me 5 Stars 12 times out of 17 ratings . The average of all my ratings is 4.82. Additionally, 93% of my clients  recommend me and have continued to work with me for over 3 years.

My 5-Star Approach is based on 3 key principles:

👉 Understand the scope of the application before setting the due date and budget – Though this seems natural and obvious, I have seen that generally the opposite is done. The due date and budget are fixed, followed by workshops to discuss requirements.

👉 Include testing and bug fixing in the project plan – Often added as an afterthought, these can take up to 40% of the total build time. Hence, it’s crucial to plan for these at the start.

👉 Use strategic buffers to protect the critical tasks – Variations from the plan are a given. Hence, it is important to protect the critical tasks with buffer time along the critical path.
