We’re looking for a Rockstar Lead Generation Specialist to help us find the following information from our list of companies:

We need about at least 1 decision maker for each company. Please take note that decision makers are from any of the following departments: Prioritize HR Admin/Manager/Specialist, Human Resources Director, People Operation or any related position who have a say in DEI / D&I initiatives on the company, followed by executive ones (Founder, CEO, President, etc)
Email address must be 100% working and valid (no catch-all).
On your proposal, kindly send us your estimate price for this. We’ll provide the list of companies once confirmed.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
- What lead generation process will you follow to generate these leads? Do you have experience doing so in the past?
- Do you have the required tools or software needed to find decision makers and their social media and contact info?
- What tools or software do you use to find decision makers and their social media and contact info?
- What is your average turnaround time for 1 decision maker for each company? Total of 300 companies
- Since we will be expecting 100% working and valid email (not catch all), how accurate the lists will be and how do you QC these? What’s your process for ensuring the highest quality?
